In 1984 the Buffalo Bills introduced the Red Streaking Buffalo Helmet. The helmet originally had a blue facemask (1984-86) and that was later changed to a white face mask (1987-present) The red helmet pennants of the 1980s have a two-bar facemask, while pennants from the 1990s incorporate a 3 bar design. The 1980s also brought the Bills their first AFC East Championship (1980). Pennants were produced for AFC East Championships of the 1988 and 1989. Also included on this page is Buffalo's "We're Talking Proud" Pennant from their ad campaign, which was waved at many Bills game in the early 80s.
